Stars and Stripes Marketing Services is a full-stack marketing agency situated in Winter Garden, Florida. Founded by brothers Austin and Zander Arthur, the company is grounded in their extensive experience in marketing and business development.
Their path was shaped by early careers in public service and hospitality — Austin as a firefighter paramedic, and Zander as both a paramedic and a performer at Disney's Festival of the Lion King. That combination of emergency services discipline and hospitality polish still informs their holistic approach to business development and client relations. They coined the phrase "Client Satisfaction with a Focus on Innovation" for their umbrella company, Stars and Stripes Management Systems, understanding that customer service is king and that staying competitive is necessary to survive.
The brothers' complementary skills became evident as they built their businesses together. Austin's strategic vision and community leadership paired naturally with Zander's project management expertise and marketing acumen. Running their own successful gymnastics center — the biggest in the State of Florida and among the biggest in the nation — gave them firsthand insight into the challenges business owners face, letting them approach client services from practical understanding rather than theory.
As Co-CEOs, they lead with a distinctive account-based approach focused on long-term relationships instead of one-off projects: quick response times, clear communication, and adaptable solutions. Community-driven, Austin serves on over 12 community boards including Habitat for Humanity, Challenge 22 to End Veteran Suicide, and Lift Disability Network.
